HACK FEST 2020, A 36-Hour National Level Students Hackathon was organized by Entrepreneur Development Cell of ACE Engineering College Hyderabad during 28 th – 29th January 2020, in association with J-HUB, JNTUH to promote innovations and entrepreneurial skills of engineering graduates. Organized with the theme of “Converting Ideas to Reality” the event provided a platform to the Engineering students to exhibit their ideas and innovations in the domains of Industrial IoT, Women safety and Child safety. Teams that presented top three ideas were felicitated with with gold, silver and bronze medals and Certificates of merit by J-HUB, JNTUH while ACE Engineering College rewarded with winners with Rs. 5,000, Rs, 4,000/- and Rs 3,000/- respectively. In addition, One more team was awarded with consolation prize by the ACE Management. The following teams were the Winners at the events.

In all 66Teams of students from 16 different colleges registered and participated enthusiastically in the event to showcase their talent. : Sri. Mallajyosula Suryanarayana, Founder , Smt.Vishala, Smt.Uma Rao of PARD INDIA, Hyderabad, Sri Charan Tadepalli, Chief Operating Officer, byte XL, officiated as judges on first day while Mr.Sunil Kumar, Director, Mr.Tulsi Ram, Director and Mr.Shashidhar, Manager- Business Relations were the judges on day-II Sri. Vishwanath Srirangam, Director, Digital Practice, Intelligence was the Chief guest for the valedictory and: Major M.Sunil Shetty, Founder, My Startup TV, was the Guest of honour, both Nominated by J-HUB. Addressing the gathering, chief guest Sri. Vishwanath advised student community to explore new avenues for improving the knowledge and skills and use the learning the benefit of the society. He congratulated the winners and all the participants and appreciated the ACE Management for providing such an excellent opportunity to the students. Guest of honour, Major M.Sunil Shetty, said that students should make use of the supportive managements and teaching community to hone their skills, identify interests and pursue with rigor. He appreciated ACE Management for making available the world class infrastructure and lab facilities and other support system for the benefit of the student community Congratulating the all the participants and winners Prof YV Goplala krishna, General Secretary, ACE Engineering Education shared at the valedictory that the College is always at the forefront of providing a level playing platform to the talented students. He said that Infrastructural facilities provided in the College would be open to every talented individual to explore and develop skills to script an excellent future.
