The Physical Education Department

About the Department:

The Department of Physical Education started at the Inception of ACE Engineering College in the year 2007. Since then the Physical Directors have been putting in their best efforts in imbibing knowledge and imparting skills to students and faculty in various sports and games, developing them to higher levels of expertise. Today sports and games have become a part of student’s development at ACE. Till date the Department of Physical education has procured ten University representatives at National Level and has won many major tournaments in various sports and games.

We at the Department of the Physical Education are strengthened, highly talented and well experienced faculty members who are equally strong in their respective fields of specialization with update knowledge of recent trends of Physical Education. Our faculty members have been successful in mentoring students into best players.

Objectives of the Department:

The Department was established with following objectives:

  • Development of wholesome personality of all the students through their participation in various sports and Games.
  • Development of sports and infrastructural facilities
  • Preparation of college teams for Inter College, Inter University tournaments in different events.
  • Organization of Intra-College competitions between different Departments to provide opportunity for all the students to participate in various sports events.
