Department of Civil Engineering Participation in Vishnu National Surveying Competition (VNSC) 2026

REPORT ON FAREWELL PARTY – 2026

Four students of B.Tech III Year, Department of Civil Engineering, ACE Engineering College participated in the Vishnu National Surveying Competition (VNSC) 2026, organized by the Department of Civil Engineering, B. V. Raju Institute of Technology (BVRIT), Narsapur. The event was conducted on 29 and 30 September 2026 at the BVRIT campus, Narsapur. The programme was organized with the theme “Measure. Map. Master the Field.” The first day comprised the inaugural ceremony and surveying competition.

The competition provided an excellent platform for the students to demonstrate and enhance their practical surveying knowledge and field skills. Through participation in the event, the students were exposed to the practical application of surveying concepts, field measurements, mapping techniques, surveying instruments, teamwork and problem-solving skills. Participation in a national-level technical competition helped the students understand the importance of accuracy, planning, coordination and modern technologies in surveying and Civil Engineering practice.
