Venkata Gopala Krishna Murthy Yadala

The General Secretary of the society, Sri Y. V. Gopala Krishna Murthy, is the founder of ACE Engineering Academy and ACE Engineering Education India Pvt. Ltd.. Prof. Y. V. Gopala Krishna Murthy has an impressive educational and professional background. He graduated in Civil Engineering from University College of Engineering Hyderabad and pursued his M.Tech in Structural Engineering from National Institute of Technology Warangal. He also received specialized training in building design from J.J. Associates.
Prior to founding his educational institutions, Sri Murthy gained valuable experience in the public sector. He worked as an Assistant Executive Engineer in the Panchayat Raj Engineering Department for two years and in the R&B Department for another two years. He was later promoted to the position of Deputy Executive Engineer in the R&B Department, where he served for 10 years.
Today, Sri Murthy is widely recognized as a versatile expert in training aspiring engineers for competitive examinations such as GATE, IES, and PSU recruitment exams. Many of his students have gone on to secure prestigious positions in both the public and private sectors. Furthermore, under Prof. Murthy’s leadership, students of ACE Engineering Academy constitute a significant presence in elite institutions such as the IITs and NITs.
Prof. Murthy’s technical expertise is also noteworthy, as he has designed more than 200 major structures, including bridges, dams, flyovers, and multi-storied buildings. His extensive experience and exceptional abilities have made him a highly respected figure in the engineering community.
Under the aegis of Y. V. Gopala Krishna Murthy, several students of ACE Engineering Academy pursue higher education, including M.Tech and MS programs, at IITs, NITs, and other prestigious institutions. Thousands of students have been selected for ESE, TGPSC, APPSC, GENCO, TRANSCO, DISCOMs, various PSUs, and other government organizations.
Dr. M. Balraju
Principal ACE
Dr M. BalRaju is an accomplished academician and researcher in the field of Computer Science and Engineering, with over 35 years of academic experience, including 16 years of impactful leadership as a Principal and Researcher. Honoured with the Best Principal Award from the Department of Technical Education, Government of Telangana, he brings exceptional academic and administrative expertise to aid institutional excellence. Dr Raju completed his B.E. in ECE from Osmania University and pursued his M.Tech. and Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTUH, Hyderabad.
Throughout his distinguished academic career, he has successfully guided and produced 7 Ph.D. scholars & 8 scholars in progress of completion, and has contributed extensively to research, with over 100 publications in various reputed national and international journals, securing 10 patents, and multiple book publications in the field of Computer Science and Engineering to his credit. He has also actively participated in and organized multiple national and international conferences, contributing to the advancement of engineering education and research. He has also conducted various AICTE-sponsored hackathon programs for students and staff. Dr Raju has conducted international conferences on the New Education Policy to spread awareness on the future advancements in the Indian education system to make it globally compatible.
Dr Raju has also been associated with ECET and EAMCET, contributing his expertise to technical education and student empowerment. He has also served as the Regional Coordinator, where he conducted government-sector recruitments, including TSPSC and Police recruitment examinations. Dr Raju believes in the transformational power of education and works towards making education accessible to all students

Mrs. Mamatha Rao Pasumarthi is a senior institutional leader who brings over a decade of distinguished human capital experience to the ACE Group of Institutions. In her role as Group Director for HR, Governance and Operational Strategy, she unifies talent, compliance, and operations into a single, coherent performance engine — one built to support the Group’s long-term academic and administrative vision.
A postgraduate of the Birla Institute of Technology (BIT Ranchi), she combines a strong analytical and systems-thinking foundation with hands-on exposure gained through her work with schools in the United States. This global perspective informs her approach to modern, data-driven HR — spanning workforce analytics, HRIS, process automation, and strategic workforce planning.
At the ACE Group, she has architected scalable organisational structures, transformed talent acquisition, and institutionalised robust performance management and governance frameworks. Her work is defined by a singular conviction: that enduring institutions are built through the alignment of people, process, and purpose — and that operational excellence is the foundation on which academic excellence rests.

A post graduate from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra is a cross-functional leader with over 11 years of experience, Mamatha Rao Pasumarthi brings a dynamic blend of strategic insight and operational excellence to her role as Director – HR, Administration & Operations at ACE Engineering College.
She specializes in translating institutional strategy into seamless execution—integrating human capital, administrative systems, and governance frameworks to drive academic excellence and sustainable institutional growth.
At ACE, she oversees core functions spanning administrative management, campus operations, HR strategy, compliance, and governance. Her leadership focuses on optimizing resources, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performance culture that empowers faculty, staff, and students alike.
Her approach to leadership harmonizes operational discipline with people-centric innovation. Through implementing performance frameworks, streamlining processes, and architecting scalable systems, she ensures that the college’s operations align with its mission of academic excellence and innovation in engineering education.
