HACK FEST 2022, A 36-Hour National Level Students Hackathon was organized by Department of Computer Science and Engineering and ACE Innovation Club of ACE Engineering College Hyderabad during 17th – 18th June 2022, in association with J-HUB, JNTUH to promote innovations and entrepreneurial skills of engineering graduates. Organized with the theme of “Converting Ideas to Reality” the event provided a platform to the Engineering students to exhibit their ideas and innovations in the domains of Industrial IoT, Agriculture and Rural Development, Global Warming, Industry Safety, Health Care, Education, Women safety and Child safety. Teams that presented top three idea winners are rewarded with Rs. 4,000, Rs, 3,000/- and Rs 2,000/- respectively by ACE Engineering College. Mr. Akhilendra, Program Analyst at Cognizant, Mr. Vinay Kumar Ananthula, Project Manager at Cognizant, Mr. Y. V. N. Phani Kishore, Co-Founder and Director at Gyan Astra IT Solutions were the Guests for the valedictory. Mr. Baradwaj Arvapally Co-founder, ABTech Ville Product Manager at IoT Research Labs and Mr. Badarinath Chitti Consulting Director for Innovation and Industry Projects both were Nominated by J-HUB as Jury members. Guest & Jury Member Mr. Baradwaj Arvapally advised the student community to explore new avenues for improving the knowledge and skills and use the learning the benefit of the society. He congratulated the winners and all the participants and appreciated the ACE Management for providing such an excellent opportunity to the students. Mr. Vinay Kumar Ananthula said that students should make use of the supportive managements and teaching community to improve their skills, identify interests and pursue with rigor, He appreciated ACE Management for making available the world class infrastructure and lab facilities and other support system for the benefit of the student community Congratulating all the participants and winners. Dr. B.L Raju, Principal, ACE Engineering College shared at the valedictory that the College is always at the forefront of providing a level playing platform to the talented students. He said that Infrastructural facilities provided in the College would be open to every talented individual to explore and develop skills to script an excellent future. He thanked JNTUH for organizing the event in the College. Dr. MV Vijaya Saradhi, Chief Coordinator to the event & HOD CSE, has addressed with detailed report on HACKFEST 2022.
