The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), ACE Engineering College, organized a seminar on “VLSI Design Technologies” on 2nd June 2025 in the Seminar Hall. The session was delivered by Dr. Krishna Kanth Avalur, Director, AMS–OSRAM, who shared his extensive expertise in the field of semiconductor technology and Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) design.
During the seminar, Dr. Krishna Kanth Avalur highlighted the latest advancements in VLSI design technologies, semiconductor manufacturing processes, CMOS technology, chip design flow, and the growing demand for VLSI professionals in the semiconductor industry. He also discussed emerging trends in integrated circuit design, industry expectations, and career opportunities in the VLSI domain.
