Dr. K. Srilatha is a dedicated and accomplished academic and researcher with a Ph.D. in Chemistry and over a decade of experience in the fields of Nanomaterials, Energy, and Environmental science. Her career path shows a clear progression from various research fellow positions—supported by prestigious grants from organizations like DST, BARC and MNRE—to her current role as an Associate Professor. She is an expert in Thermocatalytic decomposition of methane for hydrogen production and advanced oxidation processes for wastewater treatment.

Her expertise is demonstrated through her diverse skill set and professional roles. She possesses extensive hands-on experience with advanced analytical instruments such as GC, GCMS, FTIR, AAS, and ICP-OES, as well as with synthesis techniques like CVD and flame synthesis. She is an active participant in the scientific community, serving as a Reviewer and Editorial Board Member for several peer-reviewed journals. Her academic leadership is evident in her roles as a Research Coordinator and Ph.D. Guide, where she supervises students and drafts research proposals for government funding agencies.

  • Currently working as an Associate Professor in the faculty of Chemistry-H&BS in ACE Engineering College, Ankushapur, Ghatkesar, Telangana (9-02-2019 to till date)

  • Working on Waste to Energy concept through Pyrolysis and Gasification Techniques.
