Dr. Kiran Kumar Algot is a highly accomplished academician and researcher with over 13 years of teaching experience in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by industry exposure and strong academic leadership. He holds a Ph.D. from Osmania University and has extensive experience teaching core subjects including Composite Materials, Finite Element Methods, Thermal Engineering, Machine Design, and Fluid Mechanics, with a focus on student-centric and application-oriented learning.

  • Actively engaged in societal commitment and outreach activities, with a strong focus on mentoring students from Government High Schools and Intermediate Colleges.
  • Served as a guest mentor and resource person, delivering monthly activity-based sessions on future academic directions, career awareness, scientific thinking, and life skills, aimed at motivating first-generation learners and rural students.
  • Guided and mentored school-level science projects, particularly for students from Nizamabad and Armoor regions, emphasizing hands-on experimentation, problem identification, and innovative solutions to real-world challenges. Under this mentorship, several student teams achieved state-level recognition and awards, reflecting effective guidance, sustained follow-up, and outcome-based learning.
  • Actively engaged as a voluntary blood donor and organized numerous blood donation camps in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society, receiving an appreciation certificate from government authorities.
