About

Dr. Thatikonda Naresh, a dedicated academician and researcher specializing in Structural  Engineering with a strong background in geopolymer concrete, sustainable materials, and  advanced construction technologies. I earned my PhD in Structural Engineering from the  National Institute of Technology, Arunachal Pradesh (2020–2025), where my research  focused on the strength, durability, and optimization of self-compacting geopolymer concrete  using industrial by-products.

With over a decade of teaching and research experience, I have served in various roles  including Assistant Professor and Head of Department, guiding undergraduate and  postgraduate students, managing civil engineering laboratories, and contributing to academic  accreditation processes (NBA & NAAC). Currently, I am an Assistant Professor at ACE  Engineering College, Hyderabad.

I have published extensively in reputed SCI and SCOPUS-indexed journals (Q1–Q3) and  presented at national and international conferences. My research interests include sustainable  cementitious materials, recycled aggregate concrete, fiber-reinforced composites, and  durability studies of green construction materials.

Beyond academics, I actively engage in student mentoring, cultural coordination, and professional workshops on structural rehabilitation, FEM, sustainable technologies, and GIS.  Recognized for my leadership, punctuality, and ability to impart quality knowledge, I  continue to seek opportunities to contribute to both academic growth and innovative research  in structural engineering.
