Mr.K.Raja Prasad, Asst.Professor of English is an experienced academician with an experience more than 20 years in teaching of English. Prior to teaching experience, he had industrial experience such as supervisory level in hospitality industry and also carried various administrative activities in AP Tourism Development Corporation.

He completed M.A.  in English Literature from Osmania University in 2004. He worked in several educational institutions and taught ELT and Soft Skills. He also completed M.A. in Public Personnel Management (PPM) from Osmania University. He completed his B.Ed from Osmania University in 2011. He qualified Faculty Eligibility Test (FET) -2011 conducted by JNTU, Hyderabad. He qualified TSSET-2023 conducted by Osmania University.

He successfully completed Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from  A.P. State Electronics Development Ltd., Hyderabad in 2002

He Worked as an Associate Editor for the newsletter Tidings of Nizam Institute of Engineering & Technology for the academic years  2010-11,2011-12 and as the Editor in 2012-13, 2013-14 respectively. He also Worked as the Editor and Supervisor of E-learning programmes produced by Educational Multi Media Research Centre (EMMRC) of The English and Foreign Languages University(EFLU), Hyderabad for Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC), New Delhi under its NME-ICT E-learning  project during the year 2013.

He attended more than 20 Workshops/FDPs conducted by various institutions.

He attended and successfully completed 5-day online FDP on the theme “Inculcating Universal Human Values in Technical Education” conducted by AICTE from 14-18 June 2021.

He successfully completed three NPTEL courses titled Developing Soft skills & Personality, Enhancing Soft skills & Personality and Technical English for Engineers.

He joined ACE Engineering College in 2014 and successfully coordinating several activities of the department including Board of Studies meeting (R22 regulations), Establishment of Labs infrastructure and representing the department for several inspections like NBA, JNTUHFFC. He has been handling administrative works of the department and other responsibilities assigned by Management time to time.
