About
Mr. Rajendra B Gharase is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhubaneswar. He holds an M.E. in Electrical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore (2010), and a B.E. from the Government College of Engineering, Karad (2007).
With over 15 years of rich academic and technical expertise, Mr Gharase specializes in core domains including Power Electronics, Electrical Circuit Analysis, Machine Drives, and Electrical Measurements. A notable highlight of his academic career is securing an All India Rank 7 (AIR-7) in the GATE examination with a 99.96 percentile.
Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to undergraduate education and mentoring. He has successfully trained over 20,000 engineering students across India for highly competitive national exams, including GATE, IES/ESE, and various PSUs. His teaching philosophy centers on bridging theoretical academic concepts with real-life examples. As he quotes: “My philosophy is to teach my students HOW to study, HOW to maintain focus, and HOW to ask the right questions. With those tools at their fingertips, they will be able to achieve so much more.”
