Naveena PK is a proficient academic in English language and literature, with five years of teaching experience working in school and college. She has done her Master’s in English language and literature ,with BEd English from the renown The English and Foreign languages University ( EFLU),Hyderabad.She started her career teaching in St Joseph School ,Mysore with strong base in syllabus curriculum with submission of lesson plans and unit plans. After clearing her Ugc NET exam, she worked in St Paul’s College as Assistant Professor of English for over three years effectively managing classes for MA English, BA English, B.sc, B.com and Bvoc students.

Teaching in diverse disciplines had made her proficient in research studies,english and world literature,cultural studies,phonetics and linguistics,functional grammar,english language teaching as well as language pedagogy and student psychology with her BEd background.She has been part of IQAC team and NAAC 4 criteria member and been actively part of college programmes including the college union elections. She holds additional graduation degrees in BA English (IGNOU) as well as BBA, which makes her equally competent in business studies. She has been research guide for BA English and MA English dissertations. She has been part of seminars and conferences, and has a few research publications to her credit.
